[08] Terms of Service
Clear systems.
Mutual growth.
1 Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Helix Spark's marketing services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms, which form a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and Helix Spark ("Agency").
Systematic Approach
These terms are designed like our marketing systems: clear, structured, and built for sustainable partnership. We believe transparent agreements compound trust over time.
2 Service Delivery
2.1 Scope of Services
Services are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOWs) which specify deliverables, timelines, and KPIs. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Strategic marketing planning and consultation
- Content creation and distribution systems
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Paid media campaign management
- Social media strategy and execution
- Analytics and performance reporting
2.2 Performance Expectations
Marketing results are influenced by market conditions, competition, and client-side factors. While we optimize for maximum performance, we don't guarantee specific results.
| What We Deliver | What We Don't Guarantee |
|---|---|
| Data-driven strategy execution | Specific revenue or lead numbers |
| Transparent performance reporting | Market dominance or #1 rankings |
| Ongoing optimization based on data | Immediate or viral results |
| Industry best practice implementation | Results unaffected by external factors |

Compounding Collaboration
Like our marketing systems, our partnership compounds in effectiveness. Your timely inputs directly impact the velocity and quality of outputs.
